Bad experience with service technician.was misguided by him to change gas stove valve which was in good condition and was not needed a replacement.for 2 valve he charged me 500+150 old parts he took with him when asked he said we have to show it to the office.the valve he changed was giving high yellow flame.after phoning him he said he is out of town.please do not trust technician for gas stove accessories.call your stove agency technician.

Not satisfied with the service of Rudra Gas Agency. Received message on Phone yesterday that "Cylinder delivered"... But not delivered yet upto 17-45.... Whereas i was told by the agency in person that the cylinder will be delivered next day... This is not fair on the part of the agency...
