rati sharmaAbsolutely of no help. Just a further waste of time. They have unprofessional and possibly fraudulent practices. They do not issue proper job card....give hand written job cards. On the Job Card they deliberately add a extra number to the Ph# so the customer does not bother them and they can say..."ooh its just a typo error" There is no update from their side.....when customer follows up.....It is just like a Sarkari Office.......We lost your bill copies so we have not even started work........Now the customer has to do a lot of running around. They stop picking calls from customer to service center.......Also they would never send an email to customer even when the customer insists....It is pathetic .....Will never buy Sony again.......Samsung is any day better.
