Extremely impressed by the personalisation of experience offered - got my car picked up & delivered by one of the co-founders. Some mechanics had previously suggested that there was a major problem in my car which would cost upto INR 5k and I communicated the same to the co-founder. Instead of leeching me (which is something service centres usually do), he verified the fact independently and found out that no such repair was required and saved me a lot of money. I would recommend their flagship service centre in Gurgaon which is directly managed by the Carpathy team. Already a fan :)

They have tie ups with local workshops..I got my i10 A/C serviced from them. I already visited them twice and the A/C is still not working. Very inexperienced staff, they are still not able to find the fault with A/C. Either refund my money or I will file a complaint !
