People dont have clarity of what needs to be done and how. Understaffed and long waiting times for even small tasks

Too understaffed. Too slow. The branch does not have a card swiping facility for issuance of DD/Bankers Cheque Apart, nobody speaks the local language, Kannada which is an inconvenience.

Wish I could give negative rating. Staff is rude and irresponsive. Out of 4 windows only 1 window had working staff. Worst sbi service ever.

Bad service & irresponsible in follow-up. I have taken a loan from that branch, and for switch over, I have given a request letter for fee reduction. He has send it for review to RBO. It has been two weeks and there is no follow-up even with me inquiring 3 times. Due to this, I am not able to start switch-over process
