My sons ordered an arrangement from them from Germany to be delivered to us for our anniversary. The arrangement was supposed to have oriental pink lilies and red carnations and baby pineapples and was for Rs 4500/- . What we recieved was a sad and pathetic arrangement with Asiatic white ( Asiatic lilies cost 1/3 or even less at times than Oriental ) and orange asiatic lilies and white cyrsanthamums( chrysanthemums cost in a whole sale market Rs.60 or 70 for a bunch of 10 stems) and some green fillers, hence total arrangement would then not cost more than Rs 1500/- with delivery ....but sadly they did not even notify, did not even tell them, nor suggest another alternative and worse .... They Cheated By Putting Low Quality Short Shelf life flowers. Cheating customers who patronised your business is a lowly thing to do. Please customers check what you get versus what you order.
