I had a very bad experience. I asked for the big truck and they sent a small one. I asked for the time 2 pm and they confirmed, however the truck came at 5:30 pm which was very late for us. I asked for 4 helpers and they came with 2 helpers and 1 driver. Helpers were not trained for lifting the things properly. They hit my dining table to the wall corner of the new house and the wall paint got damaged on that side. They asked for extra 1000/-. Also if you call their call centers they will give you different prices every time. Estimated cost was told as 3500 for my shifting but the labors asked for 6000. As shifting ended up at 10:30 pm, their call center was not answering for confirming the payment. When compliant afterwards, they did not refund anything neither they provide receipt. I suggest not to go with this company every for shifting. You will loose your time, money, energy and goods might break while shifting.

Very poor service. I had booked for a truck for early morning and got a confirmation from them for booking, but neither the truck came in the morning nor they replied to my calls. It was really pissing off as I had to book a truck from some other service provider and had to pay him extra. I hope they improve their service.
