Utpal PatelOverall, happy with the service provided, but I have some feedback. All my tenants have complained about late response times. I also dont get timely response from them. Also, while finding a new tenant in 2015, I had to personally get involved to place a classified ad because they were unable to find tenants for almost 2 months.

shahid abdulkhaderAs Tenant: Stay away from the property managed by them. Worst Experience and lost a lot of money. While handover the apartment no check list and while leaving they will come up with 101 point check list and ensure that 50 % of security deposit will stay with them. They charged 28 K for re painting the normal 2bhk apartment.
