I was walking on the road in manipal opp to the saiba restaurant. Its a very dark road and there was this guy who was shouting. I didnt realize that he was on the phone and just turned around and asked him what happened. And all of a sudden he started yelling at me and then called his friends and started saying something in kannada which i am not very fluent. I didnt understand what was happening around me. I walked upto the the security guard of that some syndicate office. Instead of helping me the security guard kept pushing me away. I requested him to call the police but he just never listened to me. I was dialling 100 continuously but i got a msg that it is under repairs. There were atleast 20 guys after me. They even hit me on my face and stomach. I was trying to call on 100 but i was not getting it. That road is really very dark and there is absolutely no way of getting any help The guys were from andhra. It is so sad that such a peaceful place like udupi and manipal is becoming an unsafe place with all these outside people coming and making a gunda raj
