In general this is a good hospital. The doctors here are very much experienced. The supporting staff and nurses are very much caring and supporting. Canteen here is worth mentioning. They provide some what close to homely food. You will get kanji all the time which is what normally patients would take. They are also fine with any kind of possible customization of food items based on the patients need. And above all they treat the customers with a smiling face. Only one point of improvement for the hospital is about the coordination among different departments and admin staff. Waiting times can be much optimised if they improve here. Also the physical files should be moved to electronic in this modern era as most of the new gen hospitals do to improve efficiency.

Worst service and rude reception. Bad doctors. Had to go there 3 times in 24 hours beause the initial diagnosis was not correct. I had to pay them for each visit it seems. The token machine was not working and people were waiting for the repairman to get token. Not enough chairs in the OP. Avoid this hospital at any cost, if you can.

My father admitted in Lords hospital . There is no coordination between doctors. There is a lot if miscommunication between doctors . Canteen food is pathetic. The way they are behaving is like they are providing food for free.
