I bought a sleek hob and chiminee in last January(2013). Installed in September 2013 by your technician. The sleek hob exploded on 10/02/14 leaving severe burns to my maid. One of the burner is found melted. the supply tube also burned half the way. Kitchen caught fire. Timely intervention of the security person from adjacent IISER managed the situation under control.
