i purchased a inspiron series from this store and now there are certain hardware problems evident everyone is interested in talking to you before you purchase the product but afterwards as far as the service cover is concerned its none of their issue its your laptop so its your problem. no appropriate response from the seller its been days now.a bad experience shopping here better to buy all these goods online.atleast you can get some paid service from any good local dell store or claim a seller warranty and avoid getting stuck in such chaos.
