MAKE FALSE COMMITMENTS+ CALL AVOIDANCE AS THEY KNOW THE NUMBER THAT IS CALLING IN + THE SERVICE TECH RAISED HIS VOICE AND ASKED ME WHY I DID NOT CALL SOMEONE ELSE - FINALLY A LOCAL PERSON WAS SENT FOR THE JOB - NO IDENTITY OF AIRCON - I WANT TO MENTION THE NAMES OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONS WHO WERE AVOIDING CALLS - HEMANT (DAY SHIFT) AND RAJESH (EAVENING SHIFT) ..I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SUCH SERVICE PEOPLE THINK 10000 TIMES BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY.....
