Once inside, inmates complain no care taken. Inmates have fallen in the bathroom and have lain there unknown to the authorities whole night. Now all inmates made to pay for installing another Lift which is unnecessary as the complex has just GF plus 1Floor. One lift is more than sufficient and is already working. Address mentioned too is wrong. 250 Greenland Apartments is another private entity and Plot.
