Dear Sir, The Delivery thing which you have mentioned below is because you guys have already taken 20 days of time for fixing the problem which you guys haven’t Successed in, Secondly you guys had asked me to pay 6000/- in the start then you guys gave me a bill of 8342/- even when the problem was not solved plus your guy Mr. Aashish Shetty was asking for More Money, That is when i had to take back my bike from you guys as you were just asking for money every time i was coming there you guys use to say we have ordered one more part, you have to pay more, before even informing the customer you order parts and raise the bill i don’t even believe if you guys have actually ordered or replaced my parts with Chinese parts, as after giving you the bike my engine has become more worst, you guys took money for doing nothing, and thats why i had to take my bike back from you guys as i realised you guys were just playing around and raising your bill, Dear Sir, I have your whats app conversation chats with me don’t pretend to be professional if i upload those screenshots every customer of yours will realise what you guys do, so please don’t force me to do so... Yesterday you yourself have messaged me saying I’m Really Sorry Sir we Know its our mistake and we are ready to refund you the amount just don’t take any action, as you guys realised you guys got caught, if you want i shall upload those screenshots, about your doorstep service, the thing which you guys couldn’t do in 20 DAYS at your so called workshop, it’s not going to happen at my doorstep in a single day, secondly i don’t trust you guys anymore as you have exchanged my engine parts and spoiled my engine, now just to cover yourself you are ready to come at my doorstep, yesterday evening you were getting desperate to meet me to say sorry about the thing you guys did, now you just don’t want your other customers to come to know about what you guys actually do so you are covering up, and about the free service which you are mentioning if that was the case you shouldn’t have taken the bill when your work is not even done properly, its my decency that i paid you, but i shall surely take legal action against you guys for CHEATING YOUR CUSTOMERS...
