So I visited here this Saturday. Society is good and peaceful. Amenities in this society were made very nicely. Talking of Pune, it has really great swimming pool and has badminton court which is rare in Pune. And the prices of property are still same as they were 2 years back. Still some buildings are under construction in this society. Impressed by Kalptaru.

We visited the site. We also liked it. But can anybody please tell me what is the source of water supply? Is the water supply is 24/7 and also the drinking water is through corporation?

Very good and clean society.. open space with good amenities.. location is okay, but inside is very good

Society is well managed, flats are spacious and well cleaned. Buildings have elevators. Only thing is parking is open space and near by area is quite congested and not properly developed.
