Very bad experience. Delivery system is horrible. I had ordered a chair. Expected delivery for it was @ 10 August. I have not received the material till date. Few days back we got a call from courier service regarding delivery. And then also got an SMS saying that material is delivered! When we call the courier service, we are informed that concerned person is on leave! and we should call Store. And no way to reach store over phone!

Had worst delivery experience with Home center lifestyle pune camp. We ordered furniture and the product delivery was delayed by almost 15 days. We had to regularly follow up. The team is unprofessional and weak in handling customer queries. On delivery we came to know that the product assembly team is different and it will take another 48hrs. Total frustrating.
