Poor rooms dirty bedsheets AC leaking on bed Geyser not working No manual latch from inside the room feels unsecure and lot of people screaming in late night hours.

Arrived 7pm after long day ride on Motorbike. The concierge just watched me unload the bike and carry all items up 3 flights of stairs. No-one attempted to help me until I slipped and fell on the stairs. Then 4 men rushed to me and took all my bags to my room. Maybe because I was white and could not communicate well in Hindi but they all stood there watching me. I watched as other Indian people arrived and their doors were opened and all luggage was carried without hesitation.
