Ramesh NagarajanIt is a very convenient place to work out. Compare to the other local gym it will cost you almost same. These gyms are little more organized you will have more options to work out.The equipment in the gym is all first class. I always enjoy here.I would very happily recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a new gym to join bearing in mind the membership fees are very much affordable.

I am impressed with the facilities here and help of the instructor in aerobics, Gym and cross fit. Within two months I feel I have toned and myself feel lighter. Leela VathyMy experience here has been very motivational and inspirational. The simultaneous work of the physical exercise nd nutrition wise is to be commended. My zim master have been very helpful and sought after my fitness.Really good place if you planning to keep yourself fit. The whole place is so vibrant coz its just women ;) Instructors are so friendly and for the service they provide the cost is relatively cheap compared to other gym in velachery.
