    Boarding point Van pick was canceled. 2 hours before travel. After fighting and quarrel, they arranged for alternate through auto. Please always have an alternate transport for people boarding from far points

    They charge you based on the demand. If the demand is high, they will even charge you more than flight tickets

    Worst service. Enquire the driver about the destination and he replies as if I am asking out his daughter. Rude replies, worst experience. SRM better educate them how to talk to the customers..!

    I had a worst experience with SRM transport. Recently i booked tickets for my Father and Mother to Trichy from Chennai on 2:30PM bus. On the travel day,i called more than 5-6 SRM contacts available in the website to check on the exact location of boarding in Chrompet. But no body picked the call and after 30mins of struggle,one guy picked a call and told it is in Chrompet Bus stand. Bus came 30 mins delay than the published time(Which is understandable because of traffic) . The driver parked some 200 meters away from the informed boarding point.We ran with the languages to catch the bus. The secondary driver/in charge showed face to us for not standing in that place. When asked about the exact boarding location.That guy rudely told us to talk to the Transport office guy. My point is even if i tell the same to SRM travel office guys,he has to educate the travel office people on the exact pickup points. When conveying the same he rudely ignored it. This shows the poor attitude they have on the customers. I will never travel in SRM.
