The company has one of the worst customer services ever. My mom had ordered an DVD that was supposed to have "20 Neck Designs in Jackets" but they sent an entirely different DVD. When called to get the right one, they said they had sent the right one even when we had the wrong DVD in our hands. They refused to take returns and talked arrogantly over the phone. And the DVD did not work also. Kindly think twice before ordering from them. YouTube has more useful videos where you can learn at free of cost.
