Horrible experience. Never ever stay in this hotel. Inspite of informing in advance room was not ready. They shifted to a room in which tv, ac were not working. Toilet seat was not clean. Had to wait for 2 hrs before we got another room. That too when we checked in at 6pm. Inspite of this room was not ready. Pathetic service.
