    I am soo surprised that when i tried to give a negative feedback, I was unable to submit it.But when i change the feedback to 5 stars it was submitted. Funny Business tactics. And My feedback is...... Bus was delayed by 2 hours literally and there was no intimation that it is going to arrive late. Whatever might be the reason for the delay, the staff can least send out an email or just give a call letting us know the information so that we can plan our arrival instead of waiting for hours, that too till midnight. Also, the operator did not allow me to book a female seat when one more female seat was vacant. I understand that it benefits the bus operators but, why was this rule not applicable to Men as well? To my surprise there were many seats vacant beside men, but still someone can book another seat apart from those vacant.I would really appreciate, if they can allow a choice in between 2 or 3 seats and this should be the same for men as well. Because I was left with no option other than selecting a seat in the last row when there are literally 7 seats available which were all beside male passengers which I anyways cannot book. If this rule was for both men and women, I would have got a better seat.

    Booked one ticket and from traveller's end generated as different tickets... What foolish it is... When i called to customer care they are keeping the call on hold for minutes and after that with response ill get back to you... wait for hours.. -->after receiving call they say will initiate a refund--> then after 3 days later to check for the update on refund They say.. What refund..??? Hell with this ..!! They keep on saying unrelated reasons...!! if i raise my voice they say iam disconnecting the call sir....!! Waiste Service.They are cheating the customers...!!

    For 1st time user offer was supposed to be 30% off. But I was surprised that in my 1st transaction they charged full amount to my credit card. Sent Feedback, but no one cared to call. Never recommend "Abhibus" to anyone.

    Dont book a ticket through Abhi Bus. Worst people making money in online. Cheating...........................................i want to give zero rating.

    It is one of the worst service providers I had ever come across in the last 25 years. Their intention seems very clear and evident that they wish to cheat people blatantly by offering huge discounts to attract all and later coolly escape citing lame excuses. Since they offered 30% discount, I made bookings for 3 of my family members on 6th from HYD to Mysore and on 8th for return but upon inquiry they claim coupon code is not entered which was never known to us. If the intention is offer any discount, it could have been deducted from the fare straight away or refunded later without any hassles like this. So their intentions are to cheat.

    As per the policy, i got Rs INR.9,477.90 through abhi cashback. but, i unable to use this amount through abhi cash. as per the great advertisement in the media it is showing as a user benifit. but it is a cheating. Requesting you to allow the same amount for future booking.
