    Worst service ever. When you know that there is an issue with A/C sleeper buses, why do you still show availability online. After checking with your chat executive, I booked a sleeper to HYD and 5 hours before my travel I got a call to cancel the ticket. This is the second time this has happened within a month. Any idiot can run a business when all is going well, the ones that stand the test of time are the ones that ensure their customers are treated right. Good luck to you guys.

    The Piligrim Package tour of Redbus is pathetic. As per redbus confirmation email, the customer is supposed to get the hotel and bus booking details within 4 hours of booking but they fail to do so. You do not have the choice of choosing your own seats in the bus. You cannot cancel the ticket online as well. On calling the number given by them, the guy answeering the call rudely replies "Why are you calling us so many time".
