No control on their cab providers and when in trouble, stops responding to the customer. Took a cab from DDN to Delhi via some places. The timeframe of engagement remain the same, but had some changes in the plan.. the cab owner starting fleecing me for money instead of charging for extra KMs and DOON cabs stopped responding.. When asked for bill.. they said.. pay me service tax extra then only will pay the bill. NEVER going to engage them again.
