disgusting service. a. FnP did not deliver the flowers on committed date b. their customer service execs were poorly enabled. They could not resolve the issue. There was no escalation mechanism. I feel cheated. & because flowers were not delivered in time a precious relationship is spoilt. I will never recommend FnP to anyone.
