ROOMA ASPLservice is very bad, they take many time to change the remote. I have complain on 14/04/2017.On 17/04/2017 service engineer has come to home but he has given to scratched remote. I have return the remote. After dated 17/07/2017 I have follow up many times.till this date i have not got remote.
