aditya Jainreally pathetic experience, when you give them a call they will take your chimney for service immediately. After that they will call every morning that the chimney is ready and wont come and install the same. bad experience

Sathish ACZero star for the service..Cheating service..Never go for servicing .I have availed chimney cleaning and gas service.Chandru technician serviced gas stove ,chimney and told he need to take glasstop to office for burner change.I told him to replace at home..He refused and claimed to be done at office only..Next day,he replaced the gasstove but with missing legs on the gasstove.He did not tell us and silently fitted with dummy plastic cap..After couple of hours , we noticed this problem.as the vessel was falling down. We called up office reporting this issue ..they promised to send service person next day..Three days of followup talking with Abi at office number ..no one turned up...Very pathetic service..Simply they gain time , by saying that service person will come after couple of hours ..Later no one turns up.. Today spoke with some one called thimappa(calls himself as owner)..He is trying to explain company employee problem..No responsible commitment.Afraid to talk to me after I shouted at him because of frustration and long follow up and asked him about the commitment.. He handed over to technician and again gained one more day... Finally they sent the technician to replace the gas stove legs and problem resolved after 4 days..atleast a sign of relief..!!! Think before availing service..Do you want to struggle after paying money??? ..Cheating behavior ....Since they collected 2300 Rs for bill no 7203,7202 ..No credibility of the service... I will give zero star for such worst experience dealing with this company ..

Roopa ShanbhagPeople, Rather buy a new hob than get to repaired by SLV. Very Expensive with poor insight on overall solution. Staff is not rude but SURPRISINGLY OWNER IS VERY RUDE. Lacks basic courtesy as well as communication skills while talking to a lady customer. Repairing Hob costed me 5k while Burner is still not giving 100% flame. When escalated to the Owner, Owner tells "what you are telling customer customer ? "
