Woods Garden delivered a defective cot. They promised 20 year replacement warranty. Nearly one month over after compliant to rectify my problem. Hosur branch is telling approach coimbatore branch, but no response and my problem is not solved. Finally I realised that I was chitted by Woods Garden. Gopu K Hosur Almost 3 month over raising a complaint against my new cot. My new cot started producing sound. I raised a complain, Hosur branch is not attending the issue even after a month. After writing review they addressed it. The same problem again appeared after few day. Again approached hosur Woods Garden. They are very careless and not taking any action even after 50 days of complain. I wrote a review and MD of woods Garden saw the review and again Mr.Iman and Mr.Senthil from Coimbatore approached me. They said we will send our chief designer. Mr.Senthil visited home and he said I will come with carpenter and I will address in a week. Mr. Sudhakar came and he assured in a week problem will addressed. After that almost one month over. Now Mr.Senthil, Sudhakar and Hosur woods garden is not reach able through mobile. Mr. Iaman directs me to approach Mr. Senthil. I am in the circle of four memeberr. But there is no solution for my new cot. Woods garden assured while buying the cot, they said if you find any problem in 20 years, please return and get new cot on same day. After sales, the way they treat the customer is very bad. I hope this message will reach the Woods Garden owner and my problem will be solved. Gopu K Hosur
