Our vehicle was sent for repair on 25th after receiving the quotation from them. Till date the vehicle was not ready. But the workshop personnel has called us and informed to collect the vehicle, sent the bill on 31st July. When verified at their place found important works were kept pending. When questioned said, they do not have spare parts as well as manpower to do the said job/s. There was none to either take care the works nor attend the works. This is not first time that this kind of problems were encountered from them. Now for want of spare parts the delivery was delayed causing lot of inconvenience but also huge financial loss to our company due to their irresponsible way of working.
